Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a pivotal member of our store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and support customers in their shopping journey.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate efficiently with store management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory accuracy, and store operations.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Follow company procedures and maintain document security and confidentiality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in providing prompt and courteous customer service.
• Skilled in operating a cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Capable of safely using store equipment and following cleaning standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
• Meet state and local requirements for alcohol handling and sales.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Combination of education and relevant work experience is acceptable.
