Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to provide exceptional customer service and enhance the shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Assist customers with their shopping experience and provide exceptional service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational matters.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment efficiently and safely.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
