We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a key member of our store, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store maintains a clean and organized environment while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean shopping environment.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays efficiently.
• Provide courteous and prompt customer assistance.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling.
• Perform general cleaning duties to company standards.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and related equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
