Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of the store, you will be responsible for enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service, stocking products, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases and provide excellent customer service.
  • Stock shelves, maintain merchandise displays, and ensure the store looks its best.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
