Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining product displays, and ensuring the store environment is clean and welcoming.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide friendly and efficient customer service.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
