Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a crucial member of our store, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, cashiering, stocking products, and maintaining a clean store environment. The ideal candidate will collaborate effectively with the ALDI team to enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers during their shopping.
• Communicate clearly with team members and store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures while upholding security measures.
• Follow company policies and procedures ensuring confidentiality and data security.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
