Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases and stock merchandise displays meticulously.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and working collaboratively with colleagues.
  • Communicate effectively with the store management team and provide feedback on products and inventory.
  • Adhere to company policies, handle cash transactions, and maintain store security.
  • Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and handle equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
