Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, operating the cashier, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills
  • Process customer purchases, restock shelves, and maintain displays
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and assist in inventory counts
  • Adhere to cash handling policies
  • Comply with company policies and procedures

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Capacity to work independently and in a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior retail experience preferred
