Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience through merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly, ensuring a well-organized store layout.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Conduct inventory counts according to guidelines and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older to be employed for this role at ALDI.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
