Job Description

We are hiring a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital member of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness to ensure a pleasant shopping environment for our customers. By collaborating with the Aldi team, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and enhancing the overall shopping experience.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
  • Provide exceptional customer service and aid customers during their shopping experience
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
  • Offer feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to the management
  • Conduct store inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
  • Ability to follow company policies and procedures
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and within a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior retail experience is advantageous
