Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring our store is well-organized, stocked, and that our customers receive exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Merchandise products, cashier, and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with management.
• Stock shelves, monitor inventory, and provide valuable feedback on products and procedures.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
