Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a key member, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless customer shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service, stocking shelves, and maintaining the store's appearance.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience.
- Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with the store management team.
- Take inventory counts according to guidelines and monitor inventory accuracy.
- Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
