Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a pivotal member of our store, you will focus on providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the store is well-organized, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Stock and merchandise products, maintain displays, and ensure the store is clean and presentable.
  • Interact with customers to provide excellent service and assist them with their shopping needs.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and inventory management.
  • Participate in inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy.

Requirements

  • Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently and accurately.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
