Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of the store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Your exceptional customer service skills will enhance the shopping experience for our customers, ensuring their satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy, take store inventory counts, and report any issues.
  • Adhere to cash handling policies, company procedures, and maintain document confidentiality.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register, equipment, and perform general cleaning duties.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or within a team.
  • Attention to detail, organization, and ability to multitask efficiently.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is advantageous.
