Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining product displays, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the store is clean and organized. Working collaboratively with the Aldi team, you will play a key role in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Deliver excellent customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing inquiries.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
  • Participate in store inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
  • Follow cash handling policies and security procedures.
  • Adhere to company policies while maintaining document security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Proficient in providing prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
  • Skilled in general cleaning duties and following company policies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail work experience is advantageous.
  • Combination of education and experience is considered.
