Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and collaborating with the ALDI team to provide exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and process customer purchases.
• Maintain cleanliness in the store and ensure shelves are stocked neatly.
• Provide prompt and courteous customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and basic store equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
