Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store's appearance is top-notch, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with team members for a seamless shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain clean store conditions.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays with efficiency.
• Assist customers and address their shopping needs.
• Communicate effectively with the team and store management.
• Contribute to inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Capability to work independently and collaboratively.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in retail is a plus.
• Combination of education and experience equivalent is also acceptable.
