We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
  • Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management
  • Participate in inventory management and report product issues
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
  • Ability to follow company policies and procedures
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior retail experience is a plus
