Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a crucial member of the store, you will be responsible for ensuring the store is well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering, merchandising, and stocking tasks efficiently.
• Deliver excellent customer service by helping customers with their shopping needs.
• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and report any issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and security protocols.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
