Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and that customers receive exceptional service during their shopping experience.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing inquiries.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with management.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and equipment such as electric/manual hand jacks.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Prior retail experience is preferred.
