Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of the store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly and efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Communicate effectively with team members and provide feedback to management.
• Follow company policies and procedures to uphold security and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to work at Aldi.
• Ability to operate a cash register and perform general cleaning duties.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma preferred, with retail experience a plus.
