Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital member of our store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain displays
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
  • Conduct inventory counts and ensure accuracy
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures
  • Comply with all established company policies, procedures, and security measures
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
  • Efficient operation of cash registers and store equipment
  • Capability to maintain cleanliness standards and apply company policies
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team setting
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior retail experience is a plus
