Job Description: Customer Service and Stock Specialist at Aldi

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. This role involves ensuring efficient merchandising and stocking of products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details:

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly
  • Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
  • Ensure inventory accuracy and assist in inventory counts
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and minimize losses
  • Comply with company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
  • Efficient operation of a cash register
  • Ability to operate store equipment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
