Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a key member of the store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Stock shelves, maintain merchandise displays, and process customer purchases.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and security measures.
  • Participate in inventory management and store maintenance tasks.

Requirements

  • Minimum age requirement: 18 years
  • Ability to operate a cash register, handle equipment, and perform cleaning duties.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team setting.
  • High school diploma preferred with retail experience desired.
