Avis Budget Group is currently seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service at our airport rental lots. If you are a motivated individual who enjoys interacting with customers and working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in various stages of the rental and return process.
• Provide excellent customer service while performing tasks such as checking cars, processing rentals, and assisting at exit gates.
• Work outdoors in a combination role that offers variety and excitement.

Requirements

• High School Diploma (or equivalent).
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Basic computer skills including typing and data entry.
• Effective verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work outdoors and flexibility with shifts.
• Prior customer service experience is a bonus.
