Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with the return process of their rental cars.
• Record essential information such as mileage, gas levels, and vehicle condition.
• Enter accurate data into our computer system while delivering exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Basic computer skills including typing and data entry.
• Effective verbal communication skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts and outdoors.
• Prior retail customer service experience is a plus.
