We are hiring Customer Service Associates to join our fast-paced and high-energy Avis Budget Group enterprise team. This outdoor role involves assisting customers with rental and return processes at our airport lots, ensuring excellent customer service throughout.

What You'll Do:

• Assist customers with various aspects of the rental or return process.
• Provide exceptional customer service while working in different areas of the rental lot.
• Process rentals, check cars, and interact with customers at different touchpoints.

What We're Looking For:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License.

• Previous retail customer service experience is a plus.
