Customer Service Representative (Hobby)- Full Time

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative with a passion for engaging with customers in a dynamic outdoor environment. As a crucial part of the Avis Budget Group team, you will assist customers throughout the rental or return process at our airport lots, providing exceptional service and support.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in various stages of the rental or return process.
• Handle car checks and enter information using handheld devices.
• Process rentals for loyalty customers and assist at exit gates.
• Deliver excellent customer service while ensuring a seamless experience.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Basic computer skills such as typing and data entry.
• Effective verbal communication.
• Flexibility to work outdoors and in various shifts.
• 18 years of age or older with authorization to work in the U.S.
• 6 months of retail customer service experience preferred.
