Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Dice Line Lead to join Cargill's protein and salt business in Timberville, VA. As part of our global team, you will contribute to our mission of providing high-quality food products in a responsible and sustainable manner. This full-time, hourly position offers a competitive compensation of $21.90/hr and a range of benefits including medical insurance, paid vacation, and 401(k) matching.

Principal Accountabilities

• Perform various roles on the production line, including grinder operator, mix injection, and spice room tasks.
• Complete necessary paperwork and maintain equipment.
• Operate weighing, grinding, and mixing machinery.
• Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards.

Required Qualifications

• Legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Effective English communication skills.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Preferred Qualifications

• Spanish language proficiency is a plus.
• Experience with IPFS and SAP systems preferred.
