Job Description

We are looking for a Dishwasher (Pit Monkey) to join our team at Lariat Lodge Brewing. As a vital part of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and ensuring dishes and utensils are washed and sanitized efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using a dishwasher or by hand.
• Ensure all dishes and utensils are clean, sanitized, and properly stored.
• Keep the dishwashing area clean and organized.
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a dishwasher in a commercial kitchen is a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and cleanliness.
