Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced District Manager to join our team at Aldi in the Greater Watertown NY Region. As a District Manager, you will oversee multiple stores, lead a team of employees, and drive sales growth for one of the fastest-growing grocery retailers in the US.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store operations and performance within the district.
• Develop and implement action plans to enhance operating results.
• Recruit, train, and support team members to achieve career objectives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, merchandising plans, and regulations.
• Manage inventory, cash handling, and store payroll budgets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to drive projects to completion and identify process improvements.
• Knowledge of human resource management and store operations.
• Willingness to travel locally on a daily basis.
