Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-driven Field Sales Representatives to join our dynamic team at The Rounds, a cutting-edge platform that focuses on sustainable and convenient everyday solutions for households. As one of our Field Sales Representatives, you will play a crucial role in acquiring new Members by promoting our sustainable grocery delivery services at various pop-up events and engaging with potential customers. This is an exciting sales role where you will directly contribute to expanding our platform.

Responsibilities

  • Educate and engage potential Members about The Rounds' sustainable grocery delivery services at pop-up events.
  • Achieve and surpass new Member acquisition targets through effective sales strategies.
  • Ensure successful onboarding of new Members, guiding them through their first order.
  • Provide valuable feedback and insights to enhance event setups, sales techniques, and product offerings.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with a diverse audience.
  • Passionate about sustainability and making a positive impact on the environment.
  • Problem-solving attitude and the willingness to take on challenges.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Available for part-time or full-time hours, including flexible shifts.
  • Capable of lifting 50 lbs and standing for extended periods during events.

Compensation

Competitive hourly rate with uncapped commission on new member acquisitions.
