Job Description
We are looking for a Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead (GFSTL) at VASA Fitness. As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for creating an uplifting fitness experience for our members by maximizing STUDIO and Group Fitness utilization.
Responsibilities
- Recruit top talent to ensure optimal staffing for class schedules.
- Drive STUDIO and Group Fitness attendance to meet or exceed financial targets.
- Deliver a world-class member experience by maintaining clean, safe facilities and flawless execution of programs.
- Train, coach, and support ongoing development of instructors and coaches.
- Create a culture of care, connection, and accountability within the team.
