Fitness Studio Experience Lead

Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Fitness Studio Experience Lead to join VASA Fitness, a company dedicated to offering an inclusive and empowering fitness experience. As the Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead (GFSTL), you will play a pivotal role in maximizing STUDIO and Group Fitness usage while creating a supportive and motivating environment for our members.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and staff qualified instructors and coaches to drive club traffic and member engagement.
• Maximize STUDIO and Group Fitness usage by analyzing performance and implementing strategies to achieve financial targets and KPIs.
• Deliver a world-class member experience by ensuring clean and safe facilities, flawless execution of programs, and ongoing training and development for instructors.
• Build strong relationships with team members, provide exceptional customer service, and foster a culture of enthusiasm and accountability.

Requirements

• Prior experience in recruiting and managing fitness instructors is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to drive performance and exceed targets in a fitness or wellness environment.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with a passion for delivering exceptional fitness experiences.
• Certifications in fitness training and group exercise instruction are a plus.
