VASA Fitness is seeking a motivated Fitness Studio Lead to create an exceptional fitness experience for our members. As the Fitness Studio Lead, you will be responsible for maximizing Studio and Group Fitness usage and ensuring an uplifting experience for our community.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and schedule Group Fitness Instructors & Studio Coaches.
- Maximize Studio and Group Fitness usage to achieve financial targets.
- Deliver world-class member experience through flawless execution of programs and events.
- Train, coach, and support ongoing instructor development.
- Create connections and ensure exceptional member experiences.
