Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Fitness Studio Lead to join VASA Fitness and lead our Group Fitness & Studio Team to provide an uplifting and inclusive fitness experience. As the Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead, you will be responsible for maximizing STUDIO and Group Fitness usage, driving club traffic, and achieving financial targets.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and train talent to ensure effective scheduling and drive member engagement.
- Analyze performance to achieve and exceed financial targets and KPIs.
- Ensure world-class member experience through flawless execution of playbooks and initiatives.
- Provide ongoing training, coaching, and support for instructors to deliver safe and effective classes.
- Create a community-driven culture that fosters enthusiasm and connection.
