Fitness Studio Lead

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Fitness Studio Lead to join VASA Fitness as the Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead (GFSTL). In this role, you will report to the General Manager and oversee Group Fitness Instructors & Studio Coaches. The compensation for this position is a competitive hourly rate of $19.00 plus commission and bonus opportunities, with class rates paid at $35.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and hire talented instructors and coaches to drive club traffic and member engagement.
• Maximize STUDIO and Group Fitness usage by analyzing performance and achieving financial targets.
• Ensure an exceptional member experience through high-energy classes that motivate and create community.
• Train, coach, and support ongoing instructor development to maintain a bench of talented coaches and instructors.

Requirements

• Prior experience in fitness studio management or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to drive performance and exceed KPIs.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to build a cohesive and effective team.
• Possess a passion for fitness and creating a positive, inclusive fitness environment.
