We are looking for a passionate and energetic Fitness Studio Lead to join VASA Fitness. As the Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in creating an uplifting fitness experience that maximizes studio and group fitness usage. You will be responsible for recruiting and staffing instructors, achieving financial targets, delivering exceptional member experiences, and supporting ongoing instructor development.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and staff instructors and coaches to drive club traffic and member engagement.
• Analyze performance to maximize studio and group fitness usage, ensuring all financial targets are met.
• Deliver a world-class member experience by maintaining clean, safe, and well-equipped studio spaces.
• Train, coach, and support ongoing instructor development to ensure high-quality fitness classes.
• Create connections and foster community through high-energy classes that motivate and uplift members.
