Fleet Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Prestige Fleet Services, a fast-growing fleet maintenance network, is seeking a skilled Fleet Maintenance Technician to join our dedicated team. As a Fleet Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing repairs and inspections on Class 6-8 trucks and trailers. Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of repairs and inspections on trucks and trailers.
• Schedule and oversee all maintenance procedures, including preventive maintenance and DOT inspections.
• Repair/replace vehicle and trailer components.
• Complete repair orders and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Manage inventory and procure parts as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of diesel and trailer repair experience.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Proficiency in electronic work order processing.
• Basic computer skills and ownership of proper tools.

Desired Skills

• High School education or equivalent.
• Certifications are a plus.
• Welding experience.
• CDL is a plus.
