Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Aldi. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a vital role in managing store activities, supervising the team, and ensuring overall store performance. Your responsibilities will include developing operational action plans, identifying training opportunities, and maintaining high levels of customer service.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to provide courteous customer service.
• Experience in retail management preferred.
