Job Description
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Aldi. As the Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing day-to-day store activities, developing operational plans, supervising the team, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing action plans to enhance store performance.
- Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
- Identify training opportunities to support team growth and development.
- Maintain store cleanliness and merchandise products efficiently.
- Supervise the day-to-day operations of the team and escalate issues when necessary.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of retail experience.
- Prior management experience preferred.
