Full-Time Assistant Store Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with supervising day-to-day store operations, managing schedules, developing action plans, and fostering team growth and development.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 38 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $26.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to improve store performance.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to the team.
• Identify and provide training opportunities for team development.
• Ensure store cleanliness and maintenance standards are met.
• Supervise day-to-day operations and escalate issues when necessary.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience in retail management preferred.
