Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Aldi. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing day-to-day store operations, managing schedules, and leading a team towards operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to improve store performance.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
• Identify training opportunities to enhance team performance.
• Maintain store cleanliness and standards, ensuring proper stock levels.
• Supervise and support the day-to-day operations of the team.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Prior retail experience, preferably in a management role.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties.
