Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Aldi. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing store operations, supervising staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing action plans to improve store performance, training and developing team members, monitoring inventory, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to enhance store operations.
• Train and develop team members to achieve performance goals.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure product freshness and quality.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve operational issues.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum 3 years of retail experience.
• Prior management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
