Join our team as a Full-Time Assistant Store Manager at Aldi. In this role, you will take on significant store management responsibilities, including supervising day-to-day activities, ensuring overall store performance, managing schedules, and developing operational action plans. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will also identify training opportunities to foster team growth and development.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement action plans to enhance store operations.
  • Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
  • Identify training needs and support the professional growth of team members.
  • Understand and promote the company's core values to create a cohesive team environment.
  • Monitor the competitive landscape and recommend adjustments to maintain competitiveness.
  • Provide feedback on products and assist in the selection process.
  • Supervise store personnel and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and organization standards.
  • Manage stock levels by ordering products efficiently.
  • Maximize sales through effective product merchandising.
  • Ensure product quality, accuracy of signage, and overall customer satisfaction.
  • Supervise daily operations and escalate issues as needed.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.

  • High school diploma preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of retail experience.
  • Previous management experience is an advantage.
