Job Description

We are currently seeking a Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Aldi. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing day-to-day store activities, improving operational results, and leading a team to provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to enhance store performance.
• Communicate job responsibilities and expectations to team members.
• Identify training opportunities to improve team performance.
• Maintain store cleanliness, product quality, and merchandising standards.
• Supervise daily operations and escalate issues as needed.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Prior retail management experience preferred.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties.
