Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Give feedback on products, handle inventory, and follow cash policies

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide prompt customer service and operate a cash register
• Operate equipment like a hand jack and floor scrubber
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
