Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize displays.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Provide feedback on products and inventory management.
• Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and maintain document security.

Physical Demands

• Stock merchandise, lift up to 45 pounds, and perform various physical tasks.
• Engage in store activities like sitting, standing, bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older with a strong customer service orientation.
• Proficiency in using a cash register and equipment like hand jacks.
• Ability to follow cleaning standards and company policies.
• Excellent communication skills and the capability to work in a team.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and efficient in multitasking.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent; retail experience preferred.
• Knowledge of retail operations through a combination of education and work experience.
