Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store is well-maintained for an exceptional customer shopping experience. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to provide outstanding customer service and contribute to the store's success.
Position Details

- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Monitor inventory, adhere to cash policies, and uphold company procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register, equipment, and perform general cleaning tasks.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, retail experience a plus.
