Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, merchandise is stocked, and customers receive excellent service. Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
• Stock shelves and displays in an organized manner.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with inquiries.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle customer transactions efficiently.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Prior retail experience and high school diploma preferred.
